A blend of two flavours: Green Tea Matcha swirled together with sweet Strawberry ice cream for a balanced and refreshing taste.

We’re cracking open the vault to bring back Milk Chocolate Caramel Rollover!

Rich, milk chocolate ice cream with an English toffee caramel ripple throughout and caramel-filled chocolate cups. It is a classic, indulgent flavour that is easy to enjoy!

What’s Improved Behind the Scenes

Great ice cream starts long before the scoop.

At the end of 2025, we installed four new ice cream machines as a part of an exciting investment in innovation and continuous improvement. These upgrades help us take what we do best and do it even better, raising the bar on quality!

For you, that means the same Central Smith flavours you love, now made with even more consistency, care, and confidence, especially during our busiest moments of the season.
