There’s something special about the start of the summer at the Creamery. The smell of fresh waffle cones, the sound of laughter from families and friends, the endless scoops of your favourite ice cream flavours – it’s the kind of magic that only happens this time of year.
Our parlour is up and running now, and we’re back to serving up scoops and smiles every day!

Central Smith has some exciting new additions to our flavour line-up this year – and yes, they’re just as delicious as they sound!
🍁 True North Cherry Cheesecake: A proud Canadian classic that celebrates the flavours of the North! This decadent duo of creamy cheesecake and vibrant cherry ice cream is swirled with a cherry ripple and loaded with indulgent cheesecake chunks. Inspired by the taste of fresh summer cherries and the comfort of homemade desserts, it’s a flavour that feels right at home in any Canadian scoop shop – familiar, heartwarming, and unmistakably True North.

⚾ Grand Slam: A total hit out of the park! 🌱 Dairy Free Vanilla: A creamy, vanilla-flavored oat-based non-dairy treat that delivers all the classic vanilla flavour without dairy. 🌈 Captain Cyclone: We are excited to share that our Flavour of the Summer for 2025 is Captain Cyclone! This bright, triple-coloured ice cream is a kid’s delight, swirling together bubblegum, lemon and strawberry flavours. It is bold, fun, and guaranteed to add a splash of colour (and smiles) to every scoop.

Going Bulk, Staying Delicious
Last spring, we welcomed two shiny new additions to our ice cream family — our cream silos! Over the past year, we’ve been making the switch to bulk cream, and it’s been a game-changer. Not only does it help us whip up your favourite flavours more efficiently, but it’s also kinder to the planet and helps us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Less packaging, less waste, more creamy goodness — what’s not to love?
