St. Patrick’s Day Recipe: Mint Chocolate Chip

            If the best luck of all is the luck you make for yourself, the best desserts are the desserts you make for yourself! To top off your St. Paddy’s Day, why not try a green milkshake? This recipe is loved by humans and leprechauns, alike. Mint chocolate chip ice cream is delicious all year but the green colour matches this holiday perfectly. Top your shake with whipped cream and a cherry or go all out, with some gold chocolate coins and a rainbow candy strip!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 scoops of Central Smith Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream
  • 1 cup of 2% milk
  • Your favourite toppings (whipped cream, chocolate chips, chocolate gold coins, rainbow candy strip, cherry, chocolate sauce, go crazy!)

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, combine 3 scoops of Central Smith Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream with 1 cup of 2% milk.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Add your toppings.
  4. Enjoy immediately!
