Central Smith’s Flavour Reveal 2021
The much-anticipated day has finally arrived! March 1st is here and we are ready to let you in on what we’ve been working on. It hasn’t been easy to keep these THREE flavours a secret!
Back in October, when we were brainstorming ideas, we kept thinking about how crazy 2020 has been. We kept coming back to kids and what a rough year they’ve had. Schools were closed, playgrounds were closed, zoos, museums and amusement parks were closed too. The one thing that wasn’t closed was ice cream.
We saw kids coming to our parlour everyday for a scoop! Ice cream became more than a delicious treat, it was a safe outing to grab a cone with the family and enjoy it outside. We thought we needed to do something for the KIDS – which is where we got our theme for 2021 – The Year for The Kids.

This year has 3 new unique flavours to add to our line-up:
Monster Cookie
This flavour is sure to be a hit with the kids! This is a vibrant blue ice cream full of chunks of Oreos and cookie dough pieces! The base of the ice cream is cookie dough flavoured as well. Be sure to check your tongue after enjoying for a BLUE surprise!
Chocolate Salty Caramel
This is a decadent twist on a fan-favourite. Chocolate ice cream base with a thick salted caramel ripple throughout. Topped off with even more salted caramel pieces. This is a dessert enjoyed by all ages!
And our Flavour of the Year….
Hershey’s Eggies!!
This is a one-of-a-kind ice cream experience!!! Beautiful lilac coloured vanilla ice cream. Light and fluffy with a plethora of Hershey’s Crushed Eggies. Enjoy Hershey’s Eggies, made with real milk chocolate coated in a crunchy candy shell mixed with Central Smith’s premium quality ice cream. Definitely a must-try!
